The ninth issue of Tabula Rasa appears promptly fulfilling his appointment acquired by conviction and commitment to a political, academic and editorial alternative: the free reproduction of knowledge. The effort that has been made since 2003 remains firm in order to consolidate a publication with selective criteria to strengthen international academic and editorial quality without restricting access to the results that appear in our magazine. Pointing towards this direction, the vigor of this initiative, which is already a few years old, has been found and supported in projects such as copyleft, open access, and in databases such as Redalyc (Network of magazines in Latin America, the Caribbean, Spain and Portugal), DOAJ (Directory Open Access Journal) and PKP (Public Knowledge Project)
