Human Rights and Development, Dimensions and Indicators for the Multidimensional Measurement of Poverty

Derechos Humanos y Desarrollo, Dimensiones e Indicadores para la Medición Multidimensional de la Pobreza

This article result of research, uses a methodological horizon based on comparative analytics, it is intended to show the application of the method of measuring multidimensional poverty in two regions of the world. The method allows to identify the deprivations to the functions and capacities of the people, to know who the poor are, to avoid their condition of poverty, to generate legal conditions that allow equity and to end the inequalities and effects on human rights that multidimensional poverty brings. Which is essential in a 2030 agenda that seeks human development, the guarantee of the rights and dignity of millions of people in the world.
